Recipe for 4 people - Preparation time: 20 minutes


Ingredients to add:

- 200ml of whole milk

- and 100g of thick fresh cream.


To enhance the truffle aroma of our truffle sauce, choose the best quality ingredients: we recommend using pasteurized or microfiltered whole milk and "Isigny crème fraîche" (thick fresh cream from Normandy).


Warm up the 200ml of whole milk, then cut the heat. Pour the bag of dehydrated truffle slices and let steep for 15 minutes. Pour the powder bag into a small saucepan, add the milk with the slices of truffle, then add the 100g thick fresh cream.

Mix and bring to a boil while stirring with a wooden spatula, then simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.

Turn off the heat and pour the bottle of olive oil flavored with truffle, stir until complete incorporation.

You just have to serve. Enjoy your Truffle Sauce !

For an even greedy recipe, replace the 200ml of whole milk with 200ml of liquid fresh cream.
