Recipe for 2 people - Preparation time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients to add:

- 400ml of cold water,

- 50g of thick fresh cream,

- and 20g of butter.

 

To enhance the flavors of porcini mushrooms soup, choose ingredients of the best quality: we recommend using pasteurized or microfiltered whole milk and Isigny crème fraîche.

Pour the contents of the sachet into a saucepan with 400ml of cold water. Gradually whisk the mixture and cold water.

Add 20g butter and 50g thick cream.

Bring to a boil, stirring with a wooden spatula, then lower the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

You just have to serve. Good tasting !

 

Gourmet alternative (for a rich soup)

Ingredients to add:

- 200ml of cold water,

- 200ml of liquid fresh cream,

- 50g of thick cream,

- and 20g of butter.

 

Replace the 400ml of cold water from the previous recipe with 200ml of cold water and 200ml of fresh liquid cream.

Cook in the same way: bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring evenly with a wooden spatula.

It's ready !
