Our ready-made truffle-flavored sauce will go well with all types of meat, topped with risotto or pasta.


Use for risotto:

Pour the contents of the sachet when preparing the risotto. Mix with butter and Parmesan as desired.

Use for pasta:

Pour the contents of the sachet into a pan with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (for example, our condiment flavored with black truffle with extravirgin olive oil in a large bottle or in a spray).

Fry for 2 minutes.

Add 200ml of water and 200g of crème fraîche.

Cook for a few minutes and mix the pasta with the resulting sauce.


Store in a dry place.

- The sauces to simmer, with a longer preparation time to rehydrate dried mushrooms:

     * The best mushroom sauce,
